Having formal degrees in Business and Accounting from Colorado State University, Don Awalt's background includes over 40 years of experience as an accomplished Business Analyst for many companies – ranging in size from multi-billion dollars in sales, to small businesses running their business from their dining room table. He has found that most strategies successful companies use to achieve profitable growth apply to companies of any size. The main difference is the larger companies can afford the accountants, analysts, operation and financial experts that a young company cannot. Don has created Thorum Consulting to fill this gap, providing fractional expertise, advice, and resources smaller companies need to grow and be profitable.
